Informed Consent for Participation in the U_CAN Network of External Partners (NEP)

The U_CAN project is building a Network of External Partners (NEP) that brings together organisations from Ukraine and the EU that are committed to driving climate neutrality. By completing the data collection form, your organisation agrees to be part of this network. The data provided will be used to promote collaboration, enhance visibility, and connect like-minded stakeholders within the climate neutrality community.

What Data Will Be Collected

​We will collect the following information from you:

• Organisation name, type, and sectoral involvement

• Contact person details (name, position, email)

• Project-related information (if applicable)

• Website and relevant links

How Your Data Will Be Used​

• The information provided will be displayed in an interactive map, which serves as a visual representation of the NEP members' database on the U_CAN website, making it publicly accessible to stakeholders and potential collaborators.

• Your contact details will be used to facilitate communication and collaboration with other NEP members and relevant stakeholders.

• The data will contribute to raising your organisation’s visibility and promoting potential partnerships within the U_CAN climate neutrality network.

• Your contact details will be added to the project audience database and you will receive project updates, invitations and newsletters by email.

​Data Confidentiality

• Your personal information, including contact details, will be made publicly available on the interactive map to encourage networking and collaboration, unless you request otherwise.

• Your data will only be used within the scope of the U_CAN project and will not be shared with third parties for purposes unrelated to the project.

• You can request the removal or updating of your data at any time by contacting the U_CAN team.

​You have the right to:

• Access the data we collect about your organisation.

• Request corrections if your data is inaccurate or incomplete.

• Withdraw your consent anytime, and your data will be removed from the interactive map.
