About the Event
We are pleased to announce that Shanmathi Rajkumar, representing U_CAN coordinator TU Dresden (TUD), will be a speaker at the Urban Conference "LIBERTY, EQUALITY, INNOVATIONS: Digital Tools and Data for Ukrainian Recovery", taking place on February 19-20, 2025, in Kyiv and Hamburg. She will participate in the Podium 3: Localisation panel on February 20, from 13:00 to 14:15 in Hamburg, discussing the role of international stakeholders in Ukraine’s recovery.
This panel will bring together key organizations, including UNECE, Ukraine Urban Lab, and CEOBS, to share insights on their localisation strategies and the challenges of making a meaningful impact in the Ukrainian context. Ms Rajkumar will present U_CAN’s approach, highlighting how the project contributes to Ukraine’s recovery through capacity-building, sustainability initiatives, and international collaboration.
